Welcome to the Top G Fragrance Policies

Shipping policy

All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, Fedex).

Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Military addresses such as those shipping to APO/FPO are usually not trackable due to military restrictions.

Top G Fragrance will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Each day, you will receive an automated email from us indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.

Orders are shipped on average within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Your order should be received in 4-10 business days from the time that you place your order.

Return policy

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Once we receive a return from you (with all of the proper information), we will credit your account and notify you. 

Damaged policy

Your order is triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If there is any damaged products you may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. 

After receiving the claim, Top G Fragrance, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the customer that UPS didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit the customers account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim

Orders not received

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation,

Top G Fragrance is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit our customer. We will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the customer that UPS didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit the customers account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.
